Make-Ups/Policies

Class Make-ups

Makeup classes must be requested by submitting the form below. Please allow 36 hours for your request to be processed. Once scheduled, you will receive an email notification with your makeup date.

Each student is limited to 2 makeup classes during school year semesters and 1 makeup class during a summer semester. Makeup classes will be granted based on availability in the requested class. Please note that makeup classes can be done in advance of a scheduled missed class and can only be done in the semester in which the absence occurred. Makeups are not permitted during the 6th or last week of a school year semester.

5 – 7.5 year olds: M – 4:00, Tu – 5:10, W – 5:10, Th – 4:00, Sa – 9:00, Sa – 11:20
7.5 – 9 year olds: M – 5:10, Tu – 4:00, W – 6:20, Th – 5:10, Sa – 9:00, Sa – 10:10
10 – 14 year olds: M – 6:20, W – 4:00, Th – 6:20, Sa – 10:10, Sa – 11:20

Payment Policies

Payment will be processed in full 24-48 hours after submitting your registration.

Registration Policy

Registration will open a minimum of 2 weeks before the beginning of a new semester, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds

For New Students: Full refunds are available after the semester begins, up until 24 hours after the first class of the semester, if you decide that our ninja program is not right for you.
For Returning Students: Class fees are non-refundable at anytime
Adults: Class fees and drop-in fees are non-refundable once the transaction is processed.

Family and Multiple Class Discounts

Family and Multiple Class Discounts will be deducted from the lowest price class and calculated as follows:

  • 20% discount for second class within the same family.
  • 25% discount for third class within the same family

Please note discounts are only applied within school semester classes and summer camps. Discounts are NOT offered for special events or summer classes.

Pro-rated Fees

Tuition will be prorated accordingly for late registration.

Returned Checks

A $40 fee will be charged to your account for any returned checks.

Class Cancellations

We will notify you via email for any class cancellations for inclement weather or other event. Information will also be posted on the website and socials. Either class will be rescheduled or an additional make-up class may be scheduled. If a closing occurs within the last 2 weeks of a semester, a make-up class may be carried over to the next semester.

Attire

  • Shorts, sweatpants, athletic pants, with T-shirt or tank top.
  • Sneakers only, preferably soft rubber bottom soles with minimal tread. No one is admitted on the ninja floor without sneakers.
  • Sneakers must have laces; no slip ons.
  • Long hair must be tied back.
  • No jewelry.

Recommended Ninja Footwear: For kids we suggest New Balance Fresh Foam Fast – male version or the Kids 880 sneakers.  For adult sizes we suggest New Balance 880’s.

Other Gym Rules

  • For the safety of our students and staff, we encourage drop off.
  • If drop off is not possible, spectators must watch from our parent section.
  • No parents or guests are allowed on the gym floor/matted area, except by invitation from staff.
  • No gum chewing is allowed anywhere in our facility.
  • No food or beverages in the matted area.
  • “Boo-boo’s” must be completely covered by bandages.
  • Inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior of any sort whatsoever is not tolerated.

Cleaning Policy & Safety Protocols

  • Thorough disinfection and cleaning of entire facility and all equipment is conducted.
  • Capacity limits comply with state regulations.
  • For the safety of our students and staff, drop off is encouraged.
