My son goes weekly to the Freeport Ninja Academy and he loves it. Each week he gets better and better and gains more confidence in executing the skills. The staff is amazing with the kids and the is facility is always clean. We recently had my son’s birthday party here and all the parents had the same comments- how they were highly impressed by the place and how great staff was.

The staff in your Freeport facility is top notch. They had the kids engaged the second they hit the mat! They were professional and so friendly! The obstacles were designed for all fitness levels. Our daughter had an amazing 10th birthday! I would highly recommend this facility for a birthday party!

My son and all his friends had an incredible time at Freeport ninja celebrating his 7th birthday. Planning was easy and effortless with the help of all the staff. We opted for a Friday evening party 7:30-9:00 which was ideal. The coaches and Kathryn were all so positive, encouraging and helpful to every person there. Highly recommend!

We were so thrilled to see ninja warrior classes were held locally. I love how organized, clean and professional everyone was. The instructors are athletic and most importantly patient with the kids. I spoke with a lady named Kathryn and she was so kind and helpful with my request. This place deserve more then 5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

One year in so far and we are very delighted with the overall atmosphere here. I only have one child enrolled but I have personally seen the coaches interactions with all the kids and it has been wonderful to watch them give instruction and encouragement and to witness how the kids respond and improve. Emphasis is on personal gains and achievements. It’s a stress free, non-judgmental environment. We enrolled our child to expose him to new people and situations and the fact he has responded better than expected is due in no small part to the high caliber of coaches assembled there. Highly recommended.

I brought my son and his two friends (all in kindergarten) to the Freeport Ninja Academy for a private group— what an amazing experience. Coordinating was a breeze- Kathryn made it so easy for us. The facility was awesome. Very clean! The boys had a blast and were sad to leave. It was really such a special way to celebrate his birthday. I would absolutely recommend this facility!

We love Freeport Ninja – the owner is just so wonderful-always attentive and professional. The staff is encouraging to the kids and very friendly. They have great equipment and obstacles. Clean, organized- would highly recommend!!

I’m not usually one to write a review but I was blown away by my sons party and I felt I had to share! From the moment I booked the party the level of professionalism and one to one care was amazing. I was assisted with the list of children and waivers completed and was in constant contact with updates. I was also assisted with everything from food options, ordering, set up, serving (They actual put the candles in the cake- I mean seriously took care of everything!) Now about the facilities- I can not say enough about how clean they are! The rooms, tables, bathrooms and overall facility could NOT be cleaner and I am a germaphobe! As for the party element- they made EVERY child feel like they were the star of the show, they maintained control of all the children, operated in a specific and safe manner, all while making it the most fun ever! And wow at the end of the “ninja time” my son had the chance to do the entire course with everyone cheering him on. AMAZING! PROFESSIONAL! CLEAN! AND SUCH A GREAT MEMORY!

Freeport Ninja Academy is an incredible place. The coaches are all so warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that they love what they do. Highly recommend.

An amazing facility that offers children and adult classes.  If anyone of you are Ninja Warrior fans or want the experience this place is awesome.  The owner Kathryn is a young, motivated entrepreneur- athlete who unfortunately opened the academy right before COVID.  I urge anyone interested to go check it out and sign up, it’s very reasonable and well worth it.  It is new, clean, innovative, great for conditioning, fitness and strength.  They are following through very strictly with COVID guidelines as well.  Go out and support this place!

Kathryn operates the best training I have ever seen. Her facility is immaculate , professional and friendly. Whatever your fitness goals are, there is something that will fit your needs. You will also develop life skills that are essential at any age. Highly recommend her Real Life Ninja Academy!

The Real Life Ninja Academy is such an incredible place. I’ve watched my son’s confidence and skill build tremendously under the guidance and care of his amazing coaches. Everyone at RLNA cares about the kids and it shows. The facility is incredible-so many obstacles for the kids to train on. My son talks about RLNA with all of his friends and he cannot wait to go back.

We just had my son’s birthday party at Real Life Ninja Academy of Freeport and all the kids had a blast! The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience top notch! From the outstanding gym and facilities to the great instructors, to the attention to fun and safety, we all had a wonderful afternoon! Thank you also for providing such a clean space! Your efforts are very much appreciated!  My son looks forward to class each week and continuing in the spring session!!

Amazing facility, great staff and an awesome workout! I recently came here with a friend to try an adult class and this place blew me away. The coaches do a great job of explaining the techniques for each obstacle and allow you to push yourself if you’re up to a challenge. We were able to try a bunch of different things and never felt rush. I’m a pretty in shape guy and was immediately humbled on some of the tougher obstacles. I’m pumped to come back with a bunch of friends. Most fun I’ve had while still getting an incredible workout. The kids classes are also well done. My 6 year old felt like a real life Ninja Warrior and has been telling all his friends how cool it was. I can’t reccomend it enough!!

We just had my daughter’s 10th birthday party here. It was AMAZING!! The staff was wonderful with the kids and they had a blast!! The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s a great alternative to the usual kids birthday parties. Looking forward to signing her up for classes! Thanks again Real Life Ninja Academy!!

So much fun!!  Would give it 10 stars if I could.  The Freeport location was SO clean, brand new facility, we had the place to ourselves for a recent birthday party my daughter was invited to.  The coaches were a lot of fun, led a great group of 8 – 10 year olds, the owner was very nice and personable – looking forward to our lacrosse team building session coming up and bringing my Girl Scout troop here!  I can’t stress how clean it was!!  Just a great place for classes, parties, etc. for both boys and girls.  Haven’t tried a class yet, but I’ve heard the class sessions are great too.

Cool new Ninja Academy gym in Freeport, NY.

Under the watchful eye of Drew Drechsel, season 11 American Ninja Warrior winner, this new franchisee is off to a great start.  Many of the stations/obstacles mirror those on the American Ninja Warrior show including The Wall.

Everyone on staff was super friendly and most importantly even though it was a big day and there was a line was out the door to get new warriors registered.  Also got a chance to meet with and talk to Drew Drechsel so that was way cool.

This was a blast! My kids took part in a two-hour introductory session and loved it! Both instructors were attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Stressing safety and inclusion, my kids came away from this feeling empowered. Can’t wait for the spring session to begin.

Held my son’s 6th Birthday party here. Children were between 6 and 11. The coaches are GREAT with children. Honestly a very nice place to engage the children in safe physical activity. A blast for little ones and challenging enough for teens. Clean and neat facility.

This place is awesome! My 5 and 6 year old love their class. The staff is great with the kids. I would recommend this to anyone looking to try out something new.

We celebrated my daughters 10th birthday yesterday. My 12 year old son and his friend joined in the party. Everyone had a wonderful time. The staff was great with the kids. On the way home the 6 kids I had in the car could not stop talking about the instructors and how much fun they had. Highly recommend.

Wow! By far the best birthday experience my 3 sons ever had. Both of our instructors were amazing teaching 20 energetic boys as well as helping us with the normal birthday stuff. We will definitely be signing up for classes. Great facility too!

My 16 year old son loves every moment he spends at the Academy. He enjoys all the people and staff. It’s like a family gathering and not like a gym.

A great place for kids. They balance fun, discipline, mental and physical strength. They teach them to use skill, intelligence and effort to overcome challenges. And while it is about individual achievement, you are not competing with others but only yourself and what you are personally capable of achieving. Everyone is in it together and striving towards the same goals. The various instructors that I have met have been excellent with the children – combining fun, learning, implementing rules, ensuring fairness and being patience while maintaining control.
